To meet diverse application demands, we offer three main material options. The table below compares their mechanical properties and ideal usage environments to help guide your selection.
| Material Types | Hardness Range (HRC) | Wear Resistance | Rust Resistance | Typical Applications |
| SK5 High Carbon Steel | 55-60 | ★★★★☆ | ★☆☆☆☆ | High-intensity brush cutting |
| 65Mn Spring Steel | 50-58 | ★★★☆☆ | ★★☆☆☆ | Applications requiring good elasticity and impact resistance |
| Stainless Steel 420J2 | 48-52 | ★★☆☆☆ | ★★★★★ | High-humidity environments requiring corrosion resistance |
• For a balance of wear resistance and cost-efficiency, we recommend SK5.
• For high-impact resistance, choose 65Mn.
• For humid or coastal environments, stainless steel is preferred.
