  • To meet diverse application demands, we offer three main material options. The table below compares their mechanical properties and ideal usage environments to help guide your selection.

    65Mn Spring Steel 50-58 ★★★☆☆ ★★☆☆☆ Applications requiring good elasticity and impact resistance
    Stainless Steel 420J2 48-52 ★★☆☆☆ ★★★★★ High-humidity environments requiring corrosion resistance

    For a balance of wear resistance and cost-efficiency, we recommend SK5.

    For high-impact resistance, choose 65Mn.

    For humid or coastal environments, stainless steel is preferred.
