In April 2025, under clear skies and bright sunshine, Anhui Boxing Machinery Co., Ltd organized a one-day team-building event for all employees. The company’s Chairman, Mr. Liu Xuelun, Executive President, Mr. Han Peng, and General Manager, Mr. Yang Zirong, participated throughout the event. They joined all employees in stepping away from their office duties to relax, connect, and strengthen team unity amidst the beautiful spring scenery, further embodying the positive spirit of the company.

The day started early with everyone gathering on time and boarding the bus in an orderly manner. The bus ride was filled with laughter, as colleagues engaged in conversations about work and shared stories from their lives. The focus of this event was on team collaboration and fun competitions, with a highlight being the tea-picking contest. Before the activity began, all employees were divided into three teams: the Windstorm Tigers, Windstorm Red Team, and Windstorm Commando Team. The teams quickly gathered, shouting their powerful team slogans, full of vitality and fighting spirit. After a brief introduction to tea-picking techniques and the competition rules, the three teams set off into the tea garden for their challenge.

The tea garden was lush and green, with the fragrance of tea filling the air. Employees moved gracefully between the tea trees, carefully selecting tender tea buds with skill and focus. Throughout the competition, team members worked together, dividing tasks – some picked the tea, others organized the leaves, and some offered tips and encouragement. The atmosphere was lively yet orderly. Although it was a competition, the main enjoyment came from the teamwork, and the atmosphere helped strengthen connections among colleagues. The leaders also participated, picking tea alongside the employees and engaging in friendly conversations. There was no sense of hierarchy, just a warm and harmonious family-like bond.

During breaks, everyone sat together, chatting and sharing work insights and life stories, which deepened mutual understanding and trust.
